Front Porch Properties
I'm Kim van Rijn and I'm the head Property Manager for Front Porch Properties. The gentleman in the picture is Mark Dasher, my husband and the other Property Manager for Front Porch Properties.
Front Porch Properties is a small rental property management company specializing in upscale single family homes in Parkersburg, WV. We are selective about the properties we manage--if it's not nice enough that we would want to live in the home, then we won't add the home to the properties we manage.
Because we are selective about the homes we offer for rent, we are likewise selective about the people to whom we rent. All our tenants are carefully screened and must meet our standards.
ABOUT US
We have a cadre of independent contractors who help us renovate and maintain our properties. All maintenance issues are attended to promptly. As part of our service, we provide all the lawn and garden care for the properties we manage--and this service is included in the rent.
Most of the properties we manage are renovated from basement to attic before we make them available to rent. All of them are freshly painted and have stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and have washers and dryers provided. Most of our properties have fenced yards and all the homes have landscaped gardens with porches or patios for relaxing outside. Most of our properties allow pets (strictly on a case by case basis--any pets must be approved in advance and listed on the lease).
